Bhangar Becho is an online scrap-selling platform that connects users with verified scrap buyers (kabadiwalas) for hassle-free waste disposal and recycling.

2. User Eligibility: 

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

• Businesses and individuals can sell scrap items legally owned by them.

• You agree to provide accurate contact details for scheduling pickups.

3. Scrap Collection & Pricing:

• Prices are based on the prevailing scrap market rates and may vary at the time of pickup.

• Final pricing is determined on-site after evaluating the scrap material.

• If the scrap quantity is below the minimum requirement, a convenience fee may apply.

4. Accepted & Restricted Items:
✅ Accepted Scrap Items: Metal, plastic, paper, cardboard, e-waste, aluminum, copper, brass, iron, glass, etc.
❌ Restricted Items: Hazardous waste, chemicals, medical waste, illegal items, and highly contaminated materials.

5. Pickup Scheduling & Cancellations:

• Pickup requests are subject to availability in your area.

• Users must ensure scrap is ready for collection at the scheduled time.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Payment & Transactions:

• Payments are made instantly at the time of scrap collection based on the agreed price.

• We do not provide credit-based transactions; all sales are final.

• For bulk scrap sellers, payment modes can be discussed separately.

7. Responsibilities & Liabilities:

• Bhangar Becho only facilitates transactions between customers and scrap buyers.

• We are not responsible for any disputes arising between buyers and sellers post-pickup.

• Any misrepresentation of scrap materials may lead to service denial or revised pricing.

8. Data Privacy & Security:

• Your contact details and transaction history are kept confidential.

• We do not share user information with third parties without consent.

• Users must follow our privacy policy regarding data collection and usage.

9. Service Termination:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

• Users can discontinue our service at any time without penalties.

10. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes should be reported to our customer support team for resolution.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be handled as per applicable laws in Mumbai, India.

11. Changes to Terms:

• Bhangar Becho reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes through our platform.
